For this year’s lecture, Dr. Weis presented “Geochemical Insights into Mantle Geodynamics and Plume Structure.”

The Reginald Daly Lecture honors the life and work of Canadian geologist Reginald Aldworth Daly. The lecture is presented annually to a recipient who exemplifies Daly’s work with outstanding contributions to volcanology, geochemistry, or petrology. The lecture is presented during the AGU Fall Meeting.
